Brief:

To organise a Christmas party for a small but busy Bristol based Charity. The event had to accommodate staff of all age ranges and be within the working day. It also needed to be in a central location and be accessible for public transport.

Response:

Working closely with the company we first established the type of Christmas party that would be most appropriate. It was decided early on that it needed to be a lunchtime/afternoon event so with that in mind we gave three suggestions, each one hitting the brief. The clients decided that the best option for them was a private lunch in one of Bristol’s harbour front hotels. It was then our job to get get planning.  We took care of the nitty gritties, menu choices, decorations, party games and music. It was important for us to make this as stress free as possible for a charity that gives so much.

Outcome:

The Christmas party turned out better than expected. We provided an event manager of our own to be there on the day to make sure that everything ran smoothly and to make any last minute changes. There was almost a magical feel in the air, a company that is always doing things for others finally taking time to appreciate themselves. We wanted to make sure it was also fun so organised Christmas themed games and well as arranging Secret Santa for the whole company. The venue The Bristol Hotel were brilliant and couldn’t do enough to make sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible.
