Hope you had a great festive season and that the new year is treating you well.
January is in full swing and it could just be us but don’t you think 2020 has something extra special about it? Not only is it the start of a new year but it’s also a brand new decade!!
The last 10 years have been a blast, we’ve learnt so much both personally and professionally. Looking back to the start of 2010 never in a million years did we think we’d be running our own business but here we are and we’re super excited to see what’s in store for Hummingbird Events now that the roaring 20’s are upon us!
Having now recovered from all the Christmas shenanigans it’s back to work and this year we’re going to be posting a lot more on our blog. We’ll be doing a monthly series relating to all types of events and offering top tips from the do’s and don’t of wedding planning to organising the perfect babyshower as well as general advice on Corporate Function.
Mostly, we just want help make your celebrations stand out from the rest! That being said, we don’t want to give too much away or we’ll be out of a job hehe but seriously, our aim is to take the stress out of event planning in what ever way we can.
The first blog in the series will focus on the the initial steps to take after getting engaged, think of it as bit of a check list if you will, a “how to” guide for all you brides and grooms to be! We’ll also be hosting live Q and A sessions during the next few months so get your thinking caps on and pick our brains…it is free after all! x
