We believe it’s so important to make sure that your wedding planner is the right fit for you so we offer a free no obligation consultation right at the beginning of the process where we’ll start to create a picture of what your wedding could like like with us by your side. From there, we’ll work with you to bring it all together with as little stress as possible whilst adding that extra special personal touch. You can count on us to make sure everything is planned to perfection!

  • Planning meeting with the couple 6 weeks before the Wedding
  • Site visit to the venue
  • 6hrs of Wedding amin support including venue and supplier liaison
  • Supplier scheduling and coordination on the day
  • Wedding day timeline creation
  • 5hrs Support day before the wedding
  • Venue Set-up and dressing* day of the Wedding (couple supply the decorations)
  • Supplier, venue and guest coordination on the day
  • Check in with the wedding party
  • Last minute tweaks
  • 12hrs Discreet on-site management during the day
